for International Arbitration (NCIA) Rules. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall
be English. The arbitration shall take place in Nairobi, Kenya.

You agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Platform through final and binding
arbitration on an individual basis only.
You acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
13. Changes to Terms
