TimeVallée enters Kenya through a partnership with Art of Luxury, unveiling a bespoke timepiece featuring the national coat of arms and colours.

A one-of-a-kind TAG Heuer watch celebrating Kenya has marked luxury retailer TimeVallée’s entry into the Kenyan market. The timepiece features the country’s coat of arms, national colours and a white strap.

Its unveiling coincided with the opening of a multi-brand luxury watch boutique in Nairobi’s Westlands area. TimeVallée partnered with Art of Luxury to establish the store, bringing together several international watchmakers.

TAG Heuer watch carries Kenyan symbols

Created exclusively for Kenya, the watch combines Swiss watchmaking with symbols of the country’s national identity. It carries the designation “Piece Unique”, with production limited to a single piece.

Unlike collections produced in multiple units, this bespoke creation stands apart through its one-piece production. Its design also gives the Nairobi launch a local connection alongside the international brands on offer.

The Kenyan coat of arms and national colours form the central elements of the design. A white strap completes the timepiece, which represents a collector’s piece rather than a standard commercial release.

Westlands boutique brings together luxury brands

The new boutique stocks TAG Heuer alongside Cartier, Bvlgari, Hublot, IWC Schaffhausen and Jaeger-LeCoultre. It also brings Panerai, Roger Dubuis, Baume & Mercier and Zenith under the same roof.

For TimeVallée, the opening marks an expansion into East Africa through its Kenyan retail partnership. The company says Nairobi follows boutique openings in Turkey, India and Egypt.

The store therefore adds to its presence across the Middle East, India, Africa and Turkey region. Meanwhile, the partnership gives the retailer a local collaborator in Art of Luxury.

Partnership focuses on customer experience

TimeVallée executive Maslin said the two companies shared a vision of offering customers more than conventional retail. She described Art of Luxury as a trusted partner in serving local clients.

She also said a passionate sales team would guide customers through a watchmaking journey. The Nairobi launch pairs that retail approach with a unique timepiece designed specifically to celebrate Kenya.
