The directive targeted enforcement measures proposed by the National Transport and Safety Authority. The President announced the decision from State House in Mombasa officially. The intervention followed extensive talks with transport stakeholders nationwide.
Kenya High Court has upheld a key transport directive. The ruling supports stricter rules for Public Service Vehicles. Therefore, PSVs must remove graffiti and tinted windows.
