Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has urged Kenyans to scrutinize the Turkana Oil Field Development Plan (FDP). Furthermore, he described the plan as the “biggest scandal” of President William Ruto’s administration. On December 29, Sifuna alleged that the FDP contains questionable amendments. In
