Babu Owino Leads Through Innovation and Education
Babu Owino emerged as the best-performing MP overall due to transformative initiatives. He constructed the 60-room Donholm Secondary School to expand access to education.
Additionally, he upgraded Edelvale Primary School with modern learning facilities. His viral online mathematics lessons boosted his national influence and innovation rating.
Moreover, he improved urban mobility by paving key access roads within Embakasi East. These projects significantly reduced travel time for residents.
Furthermore, he partnered with Athi Water to install boreholes across all wards. These boreholes improved water access for schools and surrounding communities.
Nabii Nabwera Drives Rural Transformation
Nabii Nabwera ranked among top performers due to strong community-focused programs. He launched “Operation Ondoa Giza” to expand rural electrification across Lugari.
Consequently, the project aims to connect over 8,500 households to electricity. He also replaced mud classrooms with modern multi-storey school buildings.

For instance, Mahiga Primary School received a new eight-classroom block. Additionally, he initiated modern markets to boost agribusiness and local trade.

Patrick Makau Excels in Infrastructure and Oversight
Patrick Makau earned recognition for infrastructure expansion and fiscal discipline. He upgraded roads supporting Mavoko’s growing industrial hub.
Therefore, businesses now enjoy improved logistics and safer transport networks. He also actively contributed to legislative oversight in the National Assembly.
Moreover, he introduced smart classrooms equipped with ICT hubs in local schools. These initiatives prepare students for technology-driven job opportunities.
Ndindi Nyoro Sets Benchmark in Education Reform
Ndindi Nyoro continues to lead in education and fiscal management initiatives. Through the “Kiharu Masomo Bora” program, he subsidized school fees significantly.
As a result, students pay as low as KSh 1,000 per term in day schools. This policy increased transition rates to secondary education.
Additionally, he renovated all 112 primary schools to uniform standards. Consequently, the program eliminated disparities between schools across Kiharu.
