Normal operations stopped along Luthuli Avenue after a fire broke out on Tuesday, December 6. Moreover, the blaze stemmed from Ramogi building, which hosts several electronic shops.

Former governor Mike Sonko urged Johnson Sakaja to set up fire stations. Ultimately, he emphasized improving response rates across Nairobi’s 17 sub-counties.
