Cardi B has revealed her youngest son’s face and full name, Grey Marsean Diggs, on his first birthday. The rapper celebrated the milestone with Instagram pictures and a tribute reflecting on their bond.
Grey was born on November 13, 2025, and is her first child with American football player Stefon Diggs. A representative for the musician confirmed his full name, adding that he shares his father’s middle name and surname.
The birthday pictures showed Grey in several outfits, including a green snapback hat with diamond jewellery. Another featured a beanie and striped overalls, while a Halloween 2026 picture showed him wearing doctor’s scrubs.

Grey is Cardi B’s fourth child. She also shares daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave, with her estranged husband, Kiari Cephus, known as Offset.
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, began dating Diggs in early 2025. They made their relationship public on social media that June and announced the pregnancy shortly afterwards.
